Build, sharpen and maintain skills for authentic, meaningful connections - just like you’d train your body in a gym.

Real-time practice with Real people

  • Social fitness is like going to the gym, but for your social muscles. While we often focus on physical health, social muscles are just as crucial and often overlooked. Building your social fitness boosts confidence, reduces anxiety, and strengthens relationships - helping you live your best life.

  • Each class is 30 minutes, interactive, and fun. It’s designed to fit into your day, whether you're on the go or at work. Led by expert instructors, you'll sharpen your social edge with live drills and conversation workouts. With multiple sessions throughout the week, there are regular opportunities to practice and grow.

  • We offer a variety of social fitness experiences, from interactive drills and partner-based workouts to our unique social skydiving meetups. With virtual and in-person workshops, you'll build social confidence while engaging with a global community of "social athletes" in virtual and real-world settings.

  • Results start from day one! You'll notice small wins after your first session, but building strong social muscles takes time and consistent effort. Most members feel more confident after a few sessions, but lasting transformation depends on your commitment. Like physical fitness, social fitness grows with consistency and dedication.

“We should all be thinking as much about social fitness as we do about physical fitness.”
